The home brew challenge

Stand by for my reports on a new homebrew system that promises to turn out 40 pints of excellent beer in just 14 days. I'll be putting the manufacturer's claims to the test, by making my
own home brew version of Woodforde's Wherry Bitter, a delicious beer from a fine Norfolk brewer.
I'll be making my own batch of Château Protz Wherry's, and comparing it against the original to see how it stacks up.
